Run by husband and wife team Joke Fincioen and Biagio Messina, Access DV was launched in 1999 with the motto of "Filmmakers helping Filmmakers and Actors helping Actors."

Since then, Access DV has helped the independent film community through all phases of production. With the tape "How to make your Video look like Film," affordable camera rentals and one-stop post-production, Access DV is the place for actors and filmmakers to gather the resources they need to start and finish their project.

Videomaker Magazine has dubbed Access DV, "Talented, creative storytellers" and "DV Gurus." Backstage West featured them in a how-to article on producing demo-reels.

Coming from an independent film background, Joke & Biagio have mastered the guerilla style of filmmaking and continue to find ways to save their clients money while never sacrificing quality.

Their production company, Joke Productions Inc., has been winning numerous awards and recognition in film and video production over the past 6 years. With short films and a documentary at festivals, they have now entered the reality TV realm and are currently doing post on a pilot for AMC.

Biagio was a recurring character in the Nickelodeon shows "Kenan & Kel" and "All That" and Joke has worked for such Hollywood producers as Gale Anne Hurd and Harry Ufland. Joke & Biagio met at UCLA in 1996 and married March 24th 2001.
